Welcome to Miss Vibes Events, your destination for empowering, sex-positive events in New Zealand. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

Miss Vibes Events is operated by a sole trader based in New Zealand. We organize and host play parties, kink/BDSM workshops, and other sex-positive events, providing ticket sales and related product purchases directly.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

2.1 Users must be 18 years or older and create an individual account to access services.

2.2 All users are subject to identity verification before they can purchase tickets.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to anyone who does not meet our vetting criteria.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 We accept payments via Stripe, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

3.2 All purchases are subject to a service fee charged to the buyer.

3.3 Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

A. User Cancellations

4A.1 More than 5 days before the event: Refund issued as store credit.
4A.2 Within 5 days of the event: No refund given.

B. Organizer Cancellations

4B.1 If Miss Vibes Events cancels an event, all affected users will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

C. Refund Method

4C.1 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the transaction unless otherwise agreed.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

5.1 Create false identities or use bots/spam tools.

5.2 Misuse the platform in a way that violates local laws or our community standards.

5.3 Attempt to circumvent vetting or verification procedures.

6. Event Participation

6.1 Only Miss Vibes Events may create and manage events.

6.2 Users must comply with all event-specific rules and guidelines shared upon booking.

6.3 No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

7. Liability and Dispute Resolution

7.1 We are responsible for any issues related to vendors we contract.

7.2 We are not responsible for personal no-shows or failure to attend events.

7.3 Disputes are handled through neutral third-party arbitration and our decision is final subject to applicable laws.

8. Data & Privacy

8.1 We collect and process personal data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].

8.2 Payment data is shared only with trusted third-party processors (Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay).

8.3 By using the site, you consent to this data handling.

9. Amendments
