New to the Scene? Here’s Your Miss Vibes Starter Guide

Updated: Jun 22

So, you’re curious about exploring your sexuality, dipping into a new scene, or attending your first Miss Vibes event? First of all—welcome, babe. You’ve just entered a wonderfully diverse, pleasure-positive and judgement-free zone. Whether you're flying solo or coming with a partner, we’re here to help you feel confident, safe and empowered.

🌈 This Is a Space for Exploration

Our events are designed to be warm, inclusive and zero pressure. You’ll find all kinds of people here—different genders, orientations, relationship dynamics, experience levels and desires. What brings everyone together? A shared passion for authenticity, curiosity and connection.

There’s no one “right” way to show up here—just your way.

🧠 Get Curious About Your Why

Before you dive in, take a moment to reflect: Why are you interested in attending a Miss Vibes event? What are you hoping to experience, feel, or explore?

Maybe you're craving connection, seeking inspiration, or looking to challenge your boundaries in a safe space. Whatever your reason, getting clear on your intentions helps you navigate the experience with more confidence—and joy.

If you’re coming as part of a couple or polycule, have this conversation together. Alignment is key. We’ve seen things go sideways when one partner is excited and the other is just being “dragged along.” (Spoiler alert: nobody has a good time in that scenario.)

That said, we fully support safe edge-pushing. Sometimes, you don’t know if something lights your fire until you try it.

💬 Talk Boundaries—Before, During & After

Boundaries are beautiful. Talk them through before attending any event and check in regularly throughout the experience.

Yes, boundaries can evolve over time (that’s part of the fun), but we strongly recommend not changing your rules in the heat of the moment. If you surprise yourself by being more open or excited than expected—amazing! Tuck that feeling away and talk about it after the event. That way, you’re always playing with clarity and consent.

And don’t forget to do a post-event debrief with your partner(s). What felt good? What didn’t? What’s on your “maybe next time” list?

🛑 Consent Is Non-Negotiable

Before attending, please take a moment to read our Code of Conduct and Consent Guidelines. This isn’t just a formality—it’s the backbone of our community.

Breaching consent or ignoring boundaries is a hard no. Not only is it deeply uncool, it can also result in being denied entry to future events.

We want to empower you to say no when you need to, ask for what you want clearly and honor others’ boundaries too. Practicing enthusiastic consent isn’t just a rule—it’s a damn turn-on.

Let’s make “no” sexy again, shall we?

💖 Final Thoughts

This space is here for you—to explore your pleasure, push your edges and connect with others who get it. Whether you end the night covered in glitter, basking in aftercare, or just feeling proud of showing up to something new—you’ve taken a bold step.

So go slow if you need to. Be honest with yourself. Respect others. And most importantly, enjoy the ride.

Got questions? Need advice before your first event? Drop us a DM or email—we love hearing from you and we’re here to help you feel ready, excited and safe.

See you on the dance floor (or the cuddle pile).
